We will respond to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to:

Email: contact@ratiocine.com

Your notice should include:

  • your full legal name and contact information;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • the specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to process your request.

2. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, we may:

  • review the reported material;
  • temporarily disable access to the material;
  • remove the material;
  • contact the user who submitted it;
  • request additional information where necessary.

We will review copyright notices within a reasonable time.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed following a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification should include:

  • your contact information;
  • identification of the removed material;
  • a statement made in good faith that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Where appropriate, we may forward the counter-notification to the original complainant as required by applicable law.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others may have their content removed, their accounts suspended, or their accounts permanently terminated.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any prompts, text, or other content you publish through Ratiocine does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of another person.

You should only publish content that you own or have permission to publish.

6. False Claims

Submitting knowingly false or misleading copyright complaints may result in legal liability under applicable law.

Likewise, knowingly submitting false counter-notifications may also result in legal consequences.
