Browser extension and web service for saving, organizing, publishing, and sharing text prompts.
3. User Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for all content you save, publish, or share. If you require complete privacy, do not upload sensitive data. Local-only saves stay on your device and are never transmitted.
4. No Sensitive Data
Do not store passwords, financial info, health data, or trade secrets. The service is for text prompts only.
5. Acceptable Use
No illegal, abusive, or harmful content. No rate limit abuse, scraping, or reverse engineering. No unlawful purpose.
6. Security & Liability Disclaimer
Industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, OAuth) but no absolute security guarantee. You use the service at your own risk. Not liable for unauthorized access, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party authentication issues. Service provided "as is".
7. Limitation of Liability
Total liability capped at subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. You assume all risk.
8. Changes
May be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes notified via website.
9. Governing Law
Laws of the EU member state where the operator is established.
